RDT vs. RXT Transfer Switches

You've decided a KOHLER generator is the right generator for you, and now it's time to pick the most important feature of your new generator - the automatic transfer switch. An automatic transfer switch senses when your home has lost it's power source, tells the generator to begin running and then automatically switches your power feed from your standard power source to your KOHLER generator. KOHLER offers two model lines of automatic transfer switches, the RDT and the RXT. The tabel below shows a side by side comparison to help you decide which model is the best product for your home.
